Felicia Green Heads Up Human Resources at Graduate Management Admission Council

ASHBURN, VA, January 24, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Felicia Green, Director of Human Resources for the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC ), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources management.

Mrs. Green has 10 years of experience in her field and, for the last three, has acted as the director of human resources for the Graduate Management Admission Council, a leading resource for graduate business schools around the world. At the multinational nonprofit, she employs her expertise in personnel relations to oversee talent acquisition, performance management and compliance. At headquarters in the U.S. and for the Hong Kong, India and the United Kingdom GMAC offices, Mrs. Green manages human resources and oversees a team of HR professionals to do so. She is also in charge of the compensation and benefit functions. Attributing her success to the fact that she is logical and practical, Mrs. Green also credits the fact that she is a strategist, attuned to looking at the big picture. She became involved in her profession through her eight years of management experience at another firm; she started as an intern and grew in the company. Mrs. Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Valdosta State University and is a certified professional in human resources, designated by George Mason University. She is a member of SHRM, WorldatWork and the Human Capital Institute. In the future, Mrs. Green sees herself in a senior management human resources role.
