Her primary areas of focus include leadership for learning organizations, transition planning and management, appraisal systems and mentoring. Dr. Klinck has served in this capacity for 15 years and attributes her success to her dedication and love for working with others.

In 1983, Dr. Klinck earned a Ph.D. in education from the University of Calgary. Her studies explored the creation of knowledge through spoken communication. She believes that her educational background serves as a solid foundation for her work as an executive coach and designer of group processes.
