In one elementary and one secondary webcast, Mackin's professional collection development librarians present more than 100 books, including what each book is about, its special features, how it can be tied to the curriculum, and a sampling of images from the book. Titles for all grades and subjects are included within each presentation - Math, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts, Picture Books, Realistic Fiction and more.

Mackin's librarians continually meet with publishers and read review journals, catalogs and advance book samples to stay informed on all the new books that are published every year.
