Raquel M. Droira Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Raquel M. Droira celebrates six years as the Manager of Chicago Public Schools

CHICAGO, IL, September 1, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Raquel M. Droira, Manager of Chicago Public Schools, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in office management and LCPtracker implementation.

With six years of experience as the Manager of Chicago Public Schools, Raquel M. Droira is responsible for managing procurements of goods and services including textbooks and all supplies, negotiating contracts, overseeing the construction division and capital improvements, obtaining funds for projects from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, managing payroll certification. She became involved in her position after finding her niche in the procurement and contracts department, and she attributes her success to her commitment to her profession, hard work, dedication and ability to strive to be the best.

Ms. Droira is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, having received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University in 2006. In addition to her formal education, she is pursuing her licensed practical nurse designation at the Personal Career Certification Training Institute.
