Marvin L. Neal has been a Business Manager for AT&T for nine years

BESSEMER, AL, August 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marvin L. Neal, Business Manager IT for AT&T, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in management.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Neal attributes his success to the support he receives from his praying parents, Presiding Elder Ralph Neal and Kathryn Neal. His responsibilities as a Business Manager include overseeing requirements management, assisting in customer service, managing EDI 811 design work, acknowledging and resolving defects, providing training, developing detailed business, assisting with COBOL mainframe program requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing results for product changes, and overseeing technical and software enhancement requests.
Mr. Neal received a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management in 2005 from the University of Phoenix. He also received a Bachelor of Science, with a concentration in Computer Science and Business Administration in 1995 from Troy University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
