Megan E. Carson Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Primary Education
She attributes her success to her love for working with children.


/Education News Articles/ - Spartanburg, SC, June 20, 2008, Megan E. Carson, Teacher for Fairforest Elementary School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in primary education.

A graduate of Furman University, Ms. Carson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 2007 and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings two years of experience in education to Fairforest Elementary School, where she is responsible for teaching integration technology to other teachers and teaching all fifth grade subjects. She attributes her success to the tutelage of great mentors, the support of her school and her love for working with children.

Ms. Carson is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, the South Carolina Council for the Social Studies, the South Carolina chapter of the International Reading Association and the National Science Teachers Association. She looks forward to more years of teaching.
