With more than four years of nursing experience, Mrs. Finley specializes in developing organizational skills in students and is primarily responsible for training licensed practical nurses and developing nursing skills. She previously worked for Baptist Regional Medical Center and Samaritan Hospital. Mrs. Finley considers attaining her current position to be her greatest professional accomplishment and became involved in her profession because of her desire to help people.

Mrs. Finley hopes to complete her master's degree in nursing and become a classroom instructor. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in continuing education courses online and believes that the shortage of nurses is the most important issue facing her profession.
